Greetings! I wanted to write a special note today to update you on some current events. This week I’ve had several clients reach out experiencing out of the ordinary migraines, fatigue, anxiety and sleep disturbances. After seeing this pattern and doing some research I’ve discovered that we are currently experiencing very high amounts of solar flares and extraplanetary winds. These events can affect the earth’s and our electromagnetic fields. For an example, consider how the moon phases affect the earth’s tides, and can even cause women to go into labor! My mother worked as a labor and delivery nurse, and she experienced the effect first hand when the moon was full and they had large numbers of deliveries! Solar flares will also cause failures of electronic systems, so it’s no wonder that these events can affect how we feel as well! Often we forget that we are connected with the larger world around us, and are affected by global happenings.
Here are some ideas to try for balancing yourself:
1. Grounding – get outside and into nature! Earth’s electric field is very balancing to us and taking a walk, or working in the yard, even just putting your bare feet on the ground for a while can help!
2. stay hydrated with clean water – our bodies are mostly water, and when we are adequately hydrated we are more resilient!
